Title: Documentation Templates

Would anyone happen to have (and care to share) any templates for the following documents that have more of a routing focus than a GUI focus?
Business Analysis/Business Requirements
Design Documents
Use Case samples
Any other documents related to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that you can recommend.

So many of the standard resources available are so focused on GUIs that I'm having difficulty adapting them to "GUIless" and still maintain the purpose.

I've done a number of installations for customers and every single one has a different view on documantation formats. I therefore know the boat you're in. I'm sure like most people on here we'd much rather be doing Geensys than writing it up!

Yeah, how true.
But, as a customer who only has one environment (as opposed to an integrator who has seen multiple environments), I'd be interested in seeing some of the formats and/or guidelines that vendors and integrators have seen or used...
