Hi,
I am trying to test a routing strategy and it is failing all the time. URS identifies the agent according to my strategy but the logs show that URS thinks that the DN to route to, is actually the Agent ID. Checked Stat Server and it too thinks like that. Due to this calls are not routed. I am connecting to a Rockwell Switch. I checked the configuration in CME and I have a call DN mapped to a place which is default place to that Agent. I tried this on 6.5 and 7.0 of URS/TServer and StatServer.
Is it something to do with switch. Can you let me know what might be the reason.

I think I found answer to my own question. Rockwell Spectrum switch considers Agent ID as DN.
