Hi again,
I am browsing a colleagues Troubleshooting (Tserver,URS etc) document, and there appears to be a tool for interrogating logs called CALLFLOW.EXE
Can anyone confirm where i can get this from please, as searches of the Genesys support site show nothing and it looks like it could be a major help in identifying the sequence of calls.

You get this when you go to the Troubleshooting Workship at Genesys University. It's not licensed or distributed in other ways.

I was able to get a copy last year directly from Genesys Tech Support just by asking someone for it. Have you attempted asking Genesys Support for it directly.

I've got a copy. can email if you want.

I wasn't aware that there was a "TServer management client" and "Stat Server Stuck Calls" tools. If so, I would be very interested in learning where to get them. Thanks!
