Title: Genesys Database Schema
Post by: George on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
I have been trying to obtain a copy of the Genesys database schema for reporting but have had no luck. I started mapping it .. but it is going to be a lengthy process. Has anyone else mapped it? If so, if you don't mind please email me a copy. It will save me a great deal of time. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Whoops! I guess I should have included that. Yes ... CME. If you have it that would be great! Thanks!

I'm in the process of trying to export data from one CME db to another. Perhaps the schema would help me. Could you forward a copy to me as well?

Well, if you just need to export database from one CME into another, just use CME export utility. It is pretty good you can then transport data crossdatabases independent of their formats. CME export is using DB Server to access CME data, so you o not have to worry what format your database is in.
