Any one got !dea about the Genesys and Salesfoce integration. Using adaptor or API.

Are you still looking for an answer to this. I know that some CRM (like Salesforce) provider offers direct integration to phone system. However its not always 100% compatible and some features might not be available due to compatibility issues. There are a few 3rd party CTI company that integrates CRM application and phone system. I know of a company called Tenfold. Their integration has a few features like call pop ups, click to dial, advanced analytics on the back end, and a few more. Just take a quick look at their services and see if this is something you'd be interested in.
