Title: URGENT: Problem with SLink 6.01 and Release 25

Hi, all,

i was wondering if someone could please help me here.
We are testing TServer for Symposium 5.1.583.25 on Meridian 61C Release 25 and TServer deletes the call whenever user tries to put a call on hold.

To be precise, the problem is in the current message:

For Origination Address, it should be saying Unknown, 5701, but instead it says ACD DN/ACD Position, 5701.

We had a similar problem with Meridian link which has been resolved by applying a patch; however, after checking with Nortel, there are no patches that can be found for Symposium link to resolve a similar problem.

Anyone else had the same problem and what might be a possible way of fixing it. I assume there must be a patch out there to fix it; unfortunately Nortel Japan is not aware of it.
