hey everyone this is a stat for the life of me no one is able to help us find. We are on 6.5 TServer and 7.0 outbound solution. Is anyone else out there an outbound call center? What we are trying to find is how to tell how many call classifer ports we have a available both from genesys and avaya. i understand that in the 5.1 environment the outbound logs told you that but our current ocs log does not tell us. Does anyone know how to get this stat both for genesys and avaya? Thanks for the help
