Title: Graphing capabilities
Post by: JM on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
All I'm in the process of trying to recreate the graphing capabilities that 5.1 gave which was basically a chart per campaign that showed how many agents you have in a certain state i.e. ready, not ready, outbound call, aux, acw, etc. if you went deeper you could get this at an agent level. Does anyone have this implemented or know a way to get this back to the way it was. i am currently poking into it and have not been able to find anything. Any help or lead is appreciated. Thanks!

Only through CCPulse and a lot of work! I've set them up per Campaign, List and Agent Group on one Template/View in CCP and they work OK for the business managers.

Were you thinking of something snazzier?

Without paying for Stat SDK, I think you are limited to two options:

1. using CCP
2. creating your own server which tracks Agent State.

Depending on the size, you might be better off with #2.
