Hi everyone is there a way to find the number of dials per hour for all my campaigns individually. We are trying to break this down per agent can this be done? I saw the stats in ccpulse but i will need to find a way to break down the time which is currently displayed in hours:min:sec to just display in seconds do you know how to do this? what i am using is total dials called/total login time but i am not getting anything since i need to convert the login time to seconds.

Are you using Brio or CCP? In Brio there is CTime function that allows you to convert into different formats.
CCP also allows you to add Visual Basic conversion commands into definitions as well.

Hi,
what i am trying to use is dials made and total login time. I can't get these to work because 1 is campaign based and the other is agent based. I tried to use total dials made but that is agent or agent group based. In our environment we have all agent programmed for all campaigns and as a result this does not work for us. Does anyone know of any other way of how I could get this stat? Thanks.

Hi,
Did you try to use filters in your stat definitions?
As I know Outbound attach some userdata related to campaign to each call. Just find out the right keyvalue pair and create filter.
Or you can set your own user data if you want.

BTW are you using the DMA OUTBOUND template for CCA?
I am not sure right now, but I suppose there should be some campaign related statistics. Have to Check it.
