Hi, guys,

I know that you are trying to help, and all of us are very grateful. I am not sure if this is a copyrighted product requiring licenses or a tool that all Genesys users can share; however, if it is, I must ask you to abstain from posting it on this forum.

I am not going to delete the post, because I do believe in free speech; however, I do ask you that you delete the file if it is supposed to licensed.
