Title: Avaya AES Server

Does anyone know what parameters need to be enabled in the Tserver config so that buttons presses on the telset are recognised as state changes by Genesys? We're not using a Softphone.
Environment is Avaya AES Server, 7.1 Tserver with Avaya IP Telsets.

As my scruples won't allow this, I'll be unsubscribing from your website, Mr Black Chair.

I understand that you are using the resources at your disposal but I cannot condone you asking questions in this *free* forum, so that you can use the information to answer questions from your *paying* customers.

I cannot abide this type of behaviour and I also cannot believe that you have the audacity to actually use a signature block advertising your service!
