Title: ability to tell how long before a list runs out

Hi everyone. We are being told by genesys that there is no way of being able to tell how long /estimated time before a particular list runs out and needs to be recycled. Is this true? Can anyone confirm or let me know how this can be done please. Thanks.

Yes, this is in one of the standard outbound views for CCPulse. It estimates how many hours,mins seconds to go before there are no more records in the calling list to dial.

One of CCP templates can tell you the estimated leftover time for the campaign. I am not sure if it tells you this per list though.

Anyone knows anything about it?
