Good morning fellow Genesys sufferers! How are you today?
Tokyo is very rainy, plus we expect a snow storm tonight... Rain AND snow? :(

Is there an SLibrary for Genesys that we can use?
Is there a way to develop a thirdparty application to connect to stat server?

Did you hear about StatServerAPI ?

The problem is how to put your hands on it. I think you should ask your Genesys reseller.

StatServer API whta kind of product is it? Can it be used to access statistics server by third party applications? If this is true, then our know for sure that our company wants it. How much does it cost, where do we get it from, who do we ask?

I was just wondering if anyone thought about developing their own stat server. There is some functionality that I would like to see added to it, thus I was thinking about designing my own stat server Lite (?)

Perhaps, someone has already done that?

Does anyone have SLibrary?
It seems like you can purchase it from Genesys; however, what are the conditions, price, and other things that come with it?

Who would be the contact person for it?

Genesys won't release the StatServer API available. Believe me I've tried. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I understand the GPlus program which was recently launched will make some of the corte APIs available to development partners. The question is will we be able to afford it?
