Unable to use Softphone to Answer,put on hold, Transfer or even hang up phone, but can Login logout ready and not ready ACD set.
The specific issue seems to be that the Genesys Tserver 6.01.02 product sees specific events and passes these on to SCCS 3.0, with Meridian Link Service. The problem is that it seems as if
SCCS3.0 is not passing these events on to the Meridian Switch. We are at this point only seeing an error from the link in the TServer log RequestAnswerfailed( 100B ). Genesys as informed us this is related to the Switch issue Option 81 C with Rls 25.

We have found the solution. Make sure your Nortel Tech changes the VAS ID to Yes in LD 17
