How to display realtime information to Wallbaord by not using GIS (Genesys Interface Server)?

My company is creating a product at the moment that does just this.... Launch is in March 2006.

It is actually pretty easy (if you are just want to track the queues and agent states)

use Genesys ActiveX to connect to TServer and just register for their DNs. You will get all the events and will be able to easily track their states.
