Hi, everybody,
I was wondering if someone could please help me with LDS option here.
We have two Avaya PBXs and we have TServer version 7.0 running on both. I have installed an LDS to be used with two CCons in order to lighten up the load, yet I facing quite a few hurdles.
Call center is designed so that after user calls in and gets into IVR, call is either forwarded to a local routing point or is sent directly to a routing point on a second PBX.
IVR is not monitored by Genesys, but the call is "Genetized" before it reaches IVR and after it is forwarded from IVR.
When the call is forwarded from PBX1 to PBX2, wouldn't useendofcall option signal that the call has ended once it leaves PBX1? Or will LDS still remember the call, since one of the legs still exists there?
I hate the idea of using useendofcall option because it leaves a lot of Errors in TServer logs every time it tries to check a ConnID for a call long gone. Any ideas?
