Has anyone came across the error message "No Tenant Resource available" when CC Pulse is loading up. It will display this message against a VQ or agent primarily.

Hi,
You probably have a security error, the person logging in doesn't have access to the resource folder.

Check for Access Privileges for that person and then see if he/she has access to the the tenant.
Just out of curiosity, are you running a multi enant environment?
