Could you tell me which model of PBX is supported by Gplus Adapter for Microsoft CRM 3.0?

Hiya, The GPlus adapters, all of them, should be compatible with any TServer.

I would assume that the Gplus Adaper for Microsoft CRM 3.0 would be compatible with any switch that has a version 7 TServer interface available.
