Anybody here involved in the G7 worldtour?
I am wondering about your thoughts regarding the fully new logical architecture of G7.

Ralph:

Genesys is developing G7 at the same time with G6. I was told, however, that Genesys slowly is moving toward CRM, and that by version 7 it will no longer be a CTI, but a CRM solution.

It makes me wonder what will all the current Genesys vendors have to say about it. From my very limited experience, most of the Genesys vendors seem to be big HARDWARE companies with the few exceptions like Unisys. Will they survive the transition?
