Title: Aspect TServer issues (7.2)

Does anyone have any issues with their Aspect TServer crashing unexpectedly. We have had the issue in version 6.5, but now seeing it more and more with the new version 7.2. Genesys is saying it is because of CCT's don't have new transaction steps wrapping the Genesys CTI route steps, but we have tried fixing the issue but to no avail. We had to revert back to 6.5 b/c the TServer was crashing excessively with the 7.2 version.

Any advice?
