Title: WFM Web Service Adherence Day Report not retrieveing data

Hello,
We're currently running a WFM 712 solution in an enterprise environment. Part of the solution includes bespoke reports to be extracted and fed to a business object universe. That data is being queried using the WFM Web service API ([i][b]WFMAdherenceService712Soap[/b][/i]). Even though the event adherence is working (as there are published schedules and live data being fed from our T-Servers), the [b][i]getDayEventAsync()[/i][/b] method returns no data for some strange reason.
I've checked that there is proper connectivity, I’ve checked to make sure there is agent info and published schedules, I've made sure I'm querying the proper date ranges, I've also made sure that the parameters are being passed correctly.
Does anyone know of any instance where this method will not retrieve data (as the documentation is quite sparse).
