Title: What is a Virtual Switching Office ??

Can any one help me under stand what a virtual switching office is and what purpose does it server ...

When you create a Switch is has to be associtaed with a switching office so if you create a virtual switch i.e for ICS etc then you need to have a virtual switching office.
