Hi all!
I'm wandering a bit in the dark..
Has anybody had some experience in using ICON for reporting outbound activity? Our customer is willing to get reports with e.g. total daily attempts per campaign, total number of SIT per campaign, performances of callbacks and DNCs, chains yet to be dialed..
Which is the best way to follow, custom queries in IDB? ??? I've read documentation but it doesn't help so much..
