Title: Meridian R.25, SCCS 3.0 and Genesys 6.0

We are working with a customer who is trying to run in this environment and having a lot of problems. I am curious to know if anyone else is using Genesys in a similar environment. Please let me know so we can correspond.

We are having a problem with R25 and SCCS4.0
What problems are you experiencing?
Let me guess, hold button is not working if a call arrives on position?
