Title: total wait time for calls waiting more than 10 minutes

Dear Genesys Forum Participants,

this is a really great source of information about Genesys and I learn so much from it. I am working on preparing a report about how much time it costs us for people who wait for more than ten minutes. What I want to do is add together the waiting time for all the calls where call has waited more than ten minutes. Our site has a datamart and I think XXXThreshold statistic is the way to do it, but I cannot think of how this can be done. What is the statistic that I can use?
