Hi,
I installed Genesys Desktop and MCR solution into the same server but couldn't work because Genesys Desktop couldn't be started.
How to configure it to be started? Please advise me.

Hi, Sitto, can you please be more specific about why you could not start it? What was the problem? Do you get an exception error or do you mean that agent could not login? I did not have a problem with installing it on the same pc.
What version are you using?

I could start GD already by changing ports of Tomcat.
