Title: Genesys Destktop and Citrix

Hi all,
Have anyone worked with i.e. Genesys desktop application will be running from a citrix session? how the registeration goes and what issues are going to popup from such a solution.

Hi, Genesys Desktop (7.2) works fine through Citrix. It is even supported through Citrix by Genesys!

Agreed.  I know my current client uses third party call centres who use all of our desktop agent software, including CTI, via Citrix.

No problems at all.
