Title: OCM Dialing Filters

Hi,
Does anybody knows an easiest way to create dialing filters? For example, in Alcatel Outbound Suite (CCOutbound), which is a Genesys in a black box, the OCM that is shipped with this software has a button to create this filters just like you do in the Viewing Filters. I wonder why does Genesys doesn't include that option in his OCM. Or anybody knows how to do it avoiding to give users access to the CME? The idea is that supervisors can create this filters staying on a single window (OCM).
