Title: Check several mail accounts

Hi everybody!

I've a question. How must I have to configure EMailServer from the multimedia part of Genesys, to consult different e-mail accounts?
I've I receive mails from these accounts, must I have to specify several Inbound queues, or I need only one?

Depends on what you want to do. Using Content Analyzer you can determine which address do what and where it goes.

Hi,

All emails received by Email Server Java (ESJ) are placed to the queue specified in ESJ options - section "email-processing", key "default-inbound-queue". If you have Multimedia 7.2 then you can modify the default queue in IRD/IWD by connecting Media Server endpoint with some queue.
