Title: Can't conference with CDN via Genesys Desktop

Hi,

I have a CDN that be controlled by symposium.
My customer need to conference with this CDN via Genesys Desktop that I could initial conference but couldn't completed conference all calls.

Without GAD does it works?

Hi,
I tried to test as below

1. manually conference via hard phone could be worked.
2. conference via Starter App couldn't be worked

Which version of TServer are you using? I know there is a bug on a set of TServers that reports a bad state of the DN when doing transfers. Not all of them are listed as fixes on the Support Tech Web, can you do a test transfer and put the TServer logs?

Try configuring the CDN in Genesys as an ACD Queue and then give a try

Sorry, I'm late.

Symposium TServer version is 7.2.004.00
Genesys Desktop version is 7.2.001.04

I will try to test your advice.
