Title: Malfunction of CCA

I build CCA.
I read DataMart in Brio.
I rebooted "ConfigServer and T-Server" without stopping "DataSoucer and ETL_Service".
Statistics of Agent which I registered myself with in CME after reboot are not reflected by ODS.
I am normal about Agent which I registered myself with before reboot.

Do you understand a reason?

English is clumsy, and I'm sorry ::) ::) ::)

I describe version information as follows.
Data Mart:7.2.0
Data Sourcer:7.2.0


Are you connected with the following?

Under certain circumstances, Data Sourcer fails to reconnect to Configuration Server after Configuration Server is stopped and then restarted. (ER# 68767918)

DataSourcer 7.2 is not vey stable and once it disconnects from StatServer it does not connect. Even in the logs there is no mention of disconnect or anything else that would mention any sort of disconnect or anything. The only thing you can do is downgrade to 7.1 or get Genesys to work on the fix for 7.2. Did you ask Genesys support about it?
