Title: integrating PERI IVR and genesys 6.0

Hi,
we are CTIenabling an existing call center where we are using genesys 6.0 , Rockwell switch and peri IVR. I want to know the list of things a system integrator is expected to do so that the switch/IVR and genesys Tserver integrate seamlessly.
