Title: Does this RouteRequest look valid?

Hi,

I am used to seeing ThisDN, OtherDN in every RequestRouteCall message and so imagine my surprise when I come across this:

It has what I would expect to be inside OtherDN in 'DN' KV pair, but there is no OtherDN attribute. Is it normal?

Perplexed and doubting my own sanity!

      What is making the request? URS,Desktop etc ???

you are right, usually there is the AttributeOtherDN...just a couple of questions: what kind of resource is DN 2719? And what happens to the call?

p.s. : Haldane, that is a request by URS in a URS log  ;)

Based on the value under VQ, it looks like you're trying to send the call for an IVR treatment. However, the target is a routepoint - do you have multiple sites, maybe where 2719 is an access number or an external route point?

We use Genesys' VTO (Voice Treatment Option) in our environment, and route request to one of our VTO ports looks like this:
