I have installed a genesys express 4.2 and a gplus adapter for microsoft crm 7.2
Suppose we have a contact in ms crm with the name George and an agent with the name John.
When a new call comes in from george to John the form pops up with the sender field populated by George. However when John wants to transfer the call to another agent the new agent(the agent that we transferred the call) in the sender field does not see the contact George but the agent John. Is it possible when we transfer calls in the sender field to appear the initial customer?
