When a new forms pops us in microsoft crm(after a call) under the filed subject (in the main area of the form where the attached data appear) all the attached data (automatic and mine(from startegies) appear. However, i want to appear only the attached data that i pass through the strategies and not all because this is confusing for the agents. I changed the option in URS automatic_attach to false, i restarted URS but still i see all the attached data.
Any suggestions?
I have installed a genesys express 4.2 and a gplus adapter for microsoft crm 7.2

Hi,
There is another option related to automatically attached data - option "report_target". Check this one if it is set to "false".
If the issue still persists please post a screenshot here. Maybe we find where the attached data come from by the keys' names.
