Title: CME Question

Is there any way customer can change the skill level and add/delete skill without using CME.
I am looking for a web based application that can be used to change skill level and add/delete skill name.

Basically, I am looking for a third party tool or dll.  Then that dll can be used to develop our own web based front end to change skill level and add/delete skill name.

If you are using Agent Desktop, there is a Supervisor area where supervisors can do the feature you are asking and much more.
It's a license required but if you have at least 1 license for agents (GAD) you should have one for supervisor too, at least.
The howto on configuration is well explained on the GAD deployment guide.
