Hi,

I make IVR environment of URS with SIP Server and SM now.
I use an object to play a sound [Music], but can not skip by sound reproduction.
I want to use a [Play annoucemet] object as another method, but a setting method
cannot understand it even if I confirm a manual.

[Play annoucemet]If there is a person knowing a setting method, will you help me?

TKI -

you want to enable treatments option in tserver, define treatment DN and make sure that you specify it as of treatment type.
Then all you need to do is refer to it your strategy.

Music DN can also be used, but you will need to define your source as IVR in the strategy if you want to use it that way.

What version of sip tserver are you using?
