Is anyone experiencing issues with VTO version 7.0.000.05 ?
The issues we are seeing at 3 diff sites are:
When re-recording a Voice file ID we occassionly getting "A system error has occurred while processing your request"
when VTO is stopped and started after getting this message, the new recorded verbiage is present.
Also when the above condition occurrs on a site that has multiple vto servers the new verbiage can sometimes only make it to one of the vto servers.
Other issue being experienced is when a voice file is re-recorded, VTO ports take 3-5 minutes to start answering calls again. Ring no answer in the minutes following re-records, and then begin to work on their own.
Thanks.

Check this VT Server release note out:
"In an environment where two or more VT Servers are running concurrently and replicate the voice recording between the concurrent VT Servers, attempting to rerecord an existing voice file may cause some of the VT Servers to stop accepting new calls for 1 minute. The processing of the calls that have already been accepted are not affected. After 1 minute the affected VT Server logs the following message and continues normal operation:
Std 22008 TIMED OUT waiting for reply from Configuration Server '[ServerName]' at host '[HostName]', port [port], General\CfgServerQryToutMSec=60000
The content of the log message is misleading. The problem is caused by the internal message processing error, rather than the timeout in the communication with the Configuration Server. An attempt to create undocumented option General\CfgServerQryToutMSec does not change the period, the VT Server remains blocked.
Workaround: to change the voice recordings used in the scripts, create new voice files and modify the scripts, instead of rerecording existing voice files. (ER# 42161161)
