Hi All
Has anybody experience CCPulse (version 7.1.000.10) diconnecting from Config Server. It appears to be releated to Status monitoring of virtual agent groups after an agent's skill within the VAG is change, however we are not able to reproduce it at will.
Any help would be appreciated.

look at your statserver logs and see if you have "connection too slow" error. (make sure that your statserver log is set to something other than standard)
What you are experieincing sounds like a standard behavior when showing too many objects in ccpulse and network is not catching up with all the requests.
my suggestion is to make sure that you do not show too many objects at once. I wonder if it is possible to increase timeout value for ccpulese-statserver connection.
