Title: Historical Report using CCPulse

Our company is looking into use ccpulse for historical report.

I was wondering is there any proc and cons of this and  also I would like to know any limitations you have seen in this report?

It's a good quick reference point, but the format is very limited. You can't export this to excel. Since we provide reports via pivot tables from digging into DATAMART from queries, they get more than enough information in a much more user friendly format. This function is disabled for all except my dept (WFM), we use it for quick hits, plus by enabling it for all, this can increase network traffic.

Yes you can, export them as HTML and then open with EXCEL.

Hello ,
      I want to creat an historical view. But , in CC pulse+, when I right-click on an object ( an agent for example ) : The option " Create Historical View" is desabled.

      What should I do to enable this option.

Has your CCPulse+ been configured in CME to have a connection to the ETL Service?
