Best regards
-
What is AIL ?
i've done a google search, i found that is : " Agent Interaction Layer " . No more information.
Can anyone explain me does the AIL Server Do ?
-
Why Google? Better http://genesyslab.com/support/ ;)
AIL is the core library of Agent Interaction SDK that enables you to build mainly agent desktop applications.
-
Ah, OK .
So genesys provide a library for Java and .net ? true ?
and 10x for the link ;D
-
Yes,
Genesys provides a library for Java and .NET. They have a sample program you can use that comes with their Active X.
Either access support.genesyslab.com and download it (you will need to have an account with Genesys) or ask Genesys vendor to give you a sample!
Once you get Genesys ActiveX, we would be more than happy to help you with your coding (if any)
