Title: transferring from one tenant to another

Hi all,
We have a problem transferring using softphone from one tenant to another tenant. If a call is transfered via softphone, a call is bounced back within the center, so to transfer the call successfully, they transfer the call using the phone. Using this, all customer's information is lost during the transfer. The two centers have different Main strategy, so I may need to change the main strategy as well. Does anyone know how I could do this?

Hi, Elwan,

first of all, there is no reason why it would not be possible to route between two tenants.
But, just in case, can you please post the log of a sample call?

(PLEASE remove all the unnecessary calls from it, so that it would be readable  ;) )
