Hello,
Have just installed Gdesktop 7.2, when a supervisor logs in he should be able to see statistics at the supervisor dashboard.
Whats the trick to enable the statistics? I have only voice routing.

Elmar,
if i remember correctly there is a setting that you need to add in the agents Annex tab to enable the supervisor tick box on login. I will try and remember what it is for you!

Thanks for your reply.
Your right but i already changed the annex tab for the supervisor.
Supervisor checkbox is then available, supervisor can change agent settings but is not able to see the statistics.
I also imported the default options ( Agents and Supervisor Stats ) to the dedicated Gdesktop Statserver.
If i check the media list under supervisor settings in Gdesktop ist empty, i think at least voice should be displayed ?

Option name: last-media-logged
Option value: [voice]@Alcatel,email or voice,email
