Title: Anyone come across duplicate entries in the LOGIN Table?
Post by: tony on February 07, 2007, 01:09:38 PM
There appears to be up to 4 entries per AgentDBID for a single log in with the same timestamp (of log in) and the same number of entries for log outs, also with the same timestamp (of log out).

It may well be our Network/Premise set up, with a pelthora of StatServers/TServer but I wondered if anyone has come across this before?

Technically; The Login option is set on one StatServer only, which has a DAP to the LOGIN Table resident dB.  The LOGIN SQL script has been run and data is being populated with no issues or errors in the logs.

???

Ta,

Tony

Hi Toni,

I've never seen such thing but I have an idea ;). If you have Avaya switch and the agent is assigned to multiple hunt groups then TServer generates separate EventAgentLogin for each queue (hunt group)...

Yup - it's Agent Multiple Login per ACD Group that does it.  I've set up a Filter to remove duplicate entries on the results table.  Sticky - but it works.

Thanks all for your input!
