I have several associates receiving the following errror:
"Incorrect number of agent login digits
Error Code: 622
If problem persists..."
The PBX is an AVAYA G3
Phones are Call Master III
I was told that this happens when an associate has already logged into the physical phone and then tries to log into WebPhone. I verified that this is not what is causing the error in this case.
Any ideas?
And does anyone have some WebPhone documentation that I can look at?
I cannot find anyone in my company that has any documantation.

I think I may have the answer.
These folks ACD ID's were not set up to be prompted for a password and the Webphone is looking for one.
I am going to make some changes and see if I can get it to work.

Update: for future reference.
I modified their profiles on the switch to require a password and all is well. :)
