Hi,

I have a problem with ur server. In the log it says:

strategy error: unknown server. Error 014.

What is it and how can I fix it?

Can you send more from the UR log?

Hi Koki,

The error means that your strategy is calling a server that is unknown to URS. Please check that all DAPs, StatServers and/or CustomServers used in your strategy have been added to URS' connections. The second possible cause could be the security permissions.
