Title: how to add a new contact to my account

Hello,
 
  In the Genesys Web Support Site,  I want to add a new user to access my end user Account. unfortunatly, i do not know how to do. Where can I access that ?
  Do I hae to contact the Genesys Support to add the user administratively ?

Hi,

It's a two step process to allow a new user access to your end user account:

1. Apply for new user account using link on Genesys Technical Support home page.

2. Create an administrative ticket and ask Genesys to allow access to your end user account for the new user.

     Thank you René for your response, i've been through the step 1. But they told me that the use will be created after 2 days .  Must I really wait 2 days befor i can use my new user ? what about the 2nd step, must i wait for the support informations  ?
