Title: screen shots of CTI / Multi-media in SAP CIC

We are going to be converting from Siebel to SAP/CIC in the future.  We are currently using gplus with Siebel for voice and email CTI.  Does anyone use SAP/CIC that would be able to provide some screen shots of how Gplus and CTI looks in SAP CIC ?
