Title: Creating agent information without the sdk. Is it Possible?

Is there a way to create an agent within the system with out the use of client sdk. ie through database or command line options...

Simple answer - No.

It is probably posible to do it with some SQL but then you'd have to bounce the Config Server. This has the potential to corrupt your DB and thus your whole config. My advice is just don't even try as Genesys probably won't support you if it all goes wrong.
