Ok I have VAGs setup and on CCP I can get group level statistics, however in CCP when I right-click and select create real-time view for members, and select the template nothing happens. Is this a limitation or am I missing something.
Configuration Manager Version 7.0.100.09
CCPulse Version 7.1.000.10
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Meant to say - I did 'search' but didn't come up with any threads that matched my request.

I have a feeling that while you have 7.1 CCPulse, you will need confserv 7.1 as well for this to work.

You have a Configuration Manager 7.0.xxxx, so I have to agree with Mark on this one: what is your Configuration Server version? If it is 7.0, you would not be able to do it.

Thanks all for the responses, that's it we're still on 7.0, we plan to upgrade later during the year.

Do you need any special licenses or anything when yo uupgrade from 7.0 to 7.2?
Because, I remember that we pushed really hard to upgrade and overall it was very easy and painless.
Just to be on a safe side, we did the upgrade as following:
step 1. upgrade mirror environment we have in a lab and check if everything is alright
step 2. backup the production environment and have 7.0 config server standing by connected to the backup
step 3. upgrade from 7.0 to 7.2 and see if there is no problem
step 4. if problem, switchover from 7.2 to 7.0 config server
But, luckily enough, everything went very smooth!
It was really worth the pain, because we use VAG everywhere, and not being able to see the agents inside is a real pain in a butt. In fact, I think that you can see VAGs from 7.1.xxx and 7.1 do not require any fancy DB upgrades.
(Someone - please correct me if I am wrong)
